Personal and Healthcare Needs of Persons Experiencing Homelessness

The Homeless Agency is running a FREE WORKSHOP on the Personal and Healthcare Needs of Persons Experiencing Homelessness on Wednesday 2nd April 2008 from 10.00am - 4.00pm in the offices of the Homeless Agency, 6-9 Conyngham Road, Dublin 8.

Liz Pigott-Glynn, Acting Team Co-ordinator, Health Service Executive Northside Healthlink Team and Fiona O''Connor-Power, Nurse, DePaul Trust will be facilitating the Workshop.

Please note that as places are limited to 30 people, all bookings must be made and confirmed IN ADVANCE as failure to do so may result in persons turning up on the day not gaining admittance to participate in the seminar. Please note also that no lunch will be provided at this seminar, refreshments will be provided on arrival and at breaktimes.

Parkgate Hall is a Dublin City Council building with lift and wheelchair access. The building is approximately 3 minutes walk from Heuston Station where the nearest LUAS stop is located (LUAS Red Line: Connolly - Tallaght). Buses from the city centre are: 90, 90A, 91, 747 (to Heuston Station), 66, 66A, 67, 67A, 25 & 25A (to Parkgate Street/Conyngham Road)

Please note there is no on-site parking available in Parkgate Hall. Free on-street parking is available nearby in the Phoenix Park (Parkgate Street entrance) or secure parking in the Ashling Hotel, Parkgate Street.
