Sonas Housing is currently recruiting for an administrator in its Foley Street office.

Reporting to a Project Leader the role of Administrator involves:
 
·         Administration co-ordination of Sonas Housing
·         Telephone and reception cover
·         PA support to CEO
·         Financial admin support
 
Location: Unit 8 Liberty Corner, Foley Street, Dublin 1
 
Contract: One year
 
Salary: €23,187 - €35,919 (plus 1 x long-service increments)
 
The ideal candidate will have:
1.    A qualification (preferably degree level) in business management/admin or related area
2.    4-5 years of administration and office management experience,
3.    Financial admin experience
4.    Excellent IT skills, including MS office, basic accounts packages, databases etc.
5.    Good organisational skills, a pleasant manner and excellent attention to detail
6.    Applicants should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7.    Applicant should be a self-starter and use good initiative particularly in relation to picking up new practices and systems.
8.    An interest in the issues of homelessness and violence against women is required.
 
Experience in working with vulnerable people and a qualification in legal studies is also desirable.
