Respond! are delighted to join in partnership with Waterford Institute of Technology to deliver a Higher Certificate in Community Education and Development starting in October 2010.

The course will be delivered in Waterford by lecturers from WIT and  Respond! staff. The course may also be run in Dublin if there is a sufficient level of interest.

The course is aimed at mature students (23 years ) who are active in their local community in either a voluntary or paid capacity and have not had access to benefits from the formal education system. The qualification is a Level 6 Higher Cert which has a particular focus on Community Development and Community Education.
