New arrangements for fast tracking medical card for people who are homeless

The HSE now have a new system in place for fast tracking medical card applications for people who are experiencing homelessness. The PCRS (Primary Care Reimbursement Service) is a central unit and will now process all the cards.
The Homeless Person’s Unit will be the contact point for future processing and all card applications should be sent to the contacts listed below. The address can be c/o Homeless Persons Unit on the application with the appropriate address.

All applications must be stamped by a doctor and signed by the applicant. Ideally income verification (social welfare receipt) also included. This change applies from now on, please do not send any more applications to Parkgate Hall.
