Certificate Programme in Homeless Prevention and Intervention

The application process for the next Dublin City University (DCU) Certificate Programme in Homeless Prevention and Intervention for homeless (and other relevant sectoral) key workers/case managers, commencing in DCU in September 2012 will open on Monday April 30 2012 and close on Friday 15th June 2012 at 5pm.

From 2012 all applications must be made directly to DCU. Application forms are available to download from the Registry section of the DCU website on www.dcu.ie/prospective/deginfo.php

Please do not forward applcation forms to the Dublin Region Homeless Executive.

Details regarding the forthcoming Effective Managers in the Homeless Services Sector module will be posted here shortly.
 
Application process:
  1. Download application form via the Dublin City University website
  2. Complete (typed format) application in full (incomplete applications will not be processed)
  3. Print completed application
  4. Sign and date the printed application form and post, along with a passport photograph to Admissions, Registry, Dublin City University, Collins Avenue, Dublin 9. 
 
Application process for funding contribution towards the cost of the programme
All homeless sector organisation key workers/case managers wishing to be considered for a funding contribution towards the cost of the certificate fees (from the Dublin Region Homeless Executive : DRHE) must be nominated by their organisation via the official nomination form and must complete the standard consent form. Completed nomination forms (accompanied by the signed consent form) must be forwarded to Maria Fitzpatrick at the address below.
