What we do
The Dublin Region Homeless Executive (DRHE) is responsible for the planning, co-ordination and administration of funding in relation to the provision of quality services to people who are homeless in the Dublin area, and for the development of responses to prevent homelessness. We work in partnership with a range of voluntary and statutory agencies to implement the Dublin Region Homeless Action Plan 2011 - 2013 and the Pathway to Home model of homeless, housing and support provision.
The work of the Executive supports the Dublin Joint Homelessness Consultative Forum and Management Group.
The executive of the DRHE are responsible for ensuring the implementation of the action plan for Dublin, which involves consistent monitoring and adherence with the action plan across homeless services, as well as carrying out actions allocated directly to the staff of the Executive.
The workplan of each team is guided by specific core actions in the action plan. The teams include;
- Management
- Research and Information
- Communications and Information
- Learning and Performance
